Day 1 :Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Kasbah Ait Benhaddou – Boumaln Dades

Fez is a complex city that you can’t explore by yourself; consequently, Morocco Travel makes at your disposition a professional guide. He will guide you in the heart of the old medina which is the oldest surviving city in the world. Fes is where magic and charm meet. 

You will see artisans still making handicrafts using technics of the 12th century. Our guide will take you along its narrow streets and show you al Quaraouiyine Mosque. The mosque is composed of two parts: the mosque and the university. The university is the oldest university in the world.

 Recently the adjoining library was rehabilitated and visitors can enter the newly (it was built in the 7th century) refurbished library with an appointment. In addition, you will see the Ibn Danan Synagogue, or the Jewish Quarter. However, when you’re in the Mellah area, you can visit the Jewish cemetery. 

Worth saying that Fez once had one of the largest Jewish populations in Morocco and were part of the original founders of the city. After 1492 and their expulsion from Spain many again chose to settle in Morocco. Tanneries also considered to be one of the best places to visit.

Day 3 :Merzouga – Tazarine – Draa Valley – Marrakech
